About MetroEHS
MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides services at our therapy centers across the Metro Detroit area as well as staffing services for Special Education and Healthcare facilities across the state. We currently have 17 Southeast Michigan locations and are rapidly expanding! Our unique strategy to assist others involves many therapy disciplines in one location, creating ease for caregivers of children that may need this approach to succeed. Our services include ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy. -Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable form of insured transportation
-Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
-Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians
-The ability to lift 25 or more pounds as necessary
The MetroEHS Behavior Analyst will provide treatment center based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This includes working with the ABA Technician so they can implement the treatment plan developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills. The BCBA will also work closely with the ABA Technician to monitor the progress of the treatment plan and update the plan as necessary.
