MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Behavior Analyst, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist to work as a Clinic Director at our Roseville neighborhood pediatric therapy center!

The Clinic Director is responsible for oversight of all clinical (OT, PT, SLP, ABA, Mental Health, Nutrition, etc.) services within their assigned clinic(s), including productivity, revenue, billing, cost containment, scheduling efficiency, clinical staffing, and supervision of all therapies provided, from a quality, effectiveness, efficiency, customer service, documentation, and training standpoint. The Clinic Director works closely with the leadership team, Regional Operations Manager, managers, and leads to ensure the center is operating efficiently and the needs of the clients, their families, and staff are met.

About MetroEHS:
MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides services at our therapy centers across Southeast Michigan as well as staffing services for special education and healthcare facilities across the state. Our unique strategy to assist others involves many therapy disciplines in one location, creating ease for caregivers of children that may need this approach to succeed. Our services include ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy. Affordable screenings for Speech-Language development, fine & gross motor development, sensory impairment, and autism are also offered.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

-Master's degree or higher from an applicable accredited program.

-Licensed in the State of Michigan as a BCBA, SLP, OT, or PT.

-Valid driver’s license and reliable form of insured transportation.

-Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.

-3+ years of experience leading multidiscipline clinical staff.

-Experience with a variety of EMR systems, Raintree experience preferred.

Schedule:

-Monday-Friday

-40-45 hours per week
