We have had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The care and attention provided are truly exceptional. A huge shout-out to Sarah, the phenomenal occupational therapist, and Ashley, the amazing physical therapist. Their expertise, patience, and genuine dedication make such a meaningful difference, and it shows in every session. Beyond the incredible therapy, the entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and consistently thoughtful. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported and cared for. We are so grateful for this team and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking outstanding physical and occupational therapy services.

We started ABA at Metro EHS almost a year ago and we couldn’t have made a better choice for our son. His eye contact and communication skills have improved along with his tolerance and behavior overall. Glenn, the clinical administrator, is amazing. So friendly and welcoming everyday. My son just adores Andrea, Cydney, Melissa and Karla. They do so well with him and they’re part of our daily lives now. We love our Metro EHS family!

So thankful to have their great staff working with my son. He has come so far with his speech and fine motor skills over the last 2 years. The therapists are wonderful and always give constructive feedback after each session. I feel so fortunate to have such caring experts working with him. Additionally, they are very well organized and excellent communicators in the office.

Jocelyn at MetroEHS Parkside in Dearborn heights is amazing! My son loves going to speech therapy because of her. She makes the session so fun and my son who’s a teenager actually looks forward to his appointments. I already notice improvement after only 3 sessions! Ryan who helps with scheduling is super friendly and honestly all the staff in the building welcome us with a smile. I love the professionalism but mostly I love the sincerity and kindness I see around the building with the kids.

My daughter’s face lights up when she hears “Hanna” and loves going to “work” for her physical therapy services. This play based therapeutic setting is amazing for all children.

My daughter who was 4 month old really needed PT. Sara and Kayla were wonderful helping her along the way. She graduated PT at 10 months. She is now 15 months and excelling with her milestones. If it was not for them, I do not know where my daughter would be. Also, the staff there are amazing and welcoming! They loved seeing my daughter with welcoming arms. They all treated her like her own. Kayla and Sara still check on her to this day to make sure she is doing good! They are so dedicated with what they do!

My son has been coming for a year and this location is the best. Traffic getting here is trash but that’s No fault to them. They have a excellent speech therapist for little ones and any staff member I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. I have seen results that make this stand out!

Absolutely love this place for my little one! She sees Ms Aubrey for speech and my daughter is always so excited to come here and runs to her as soon as she walks through those doors! I have recommended several people to ehs and I will continue to do so. Everyone is absolutely a pleasure to be around and they make you and your little one feel so comfortable and loved! My currently 3-year-old son has received Speech, OT, and PT at Metro EHS–South Lyon, over the past two years. I honestly can't say enough good things about the care he’s received. From the very beginning, the team has treated us like family! They genuinely listen to my input, work with me to set meaningful and realistic goals, and consistently offer creative, practical strategies I can use at home. Their collaboration and compassion have helped me feel confident and empowered as a parent. Most importantly, my son loves going. The therapists make each session fun and engaging, and because of their dedication and expertise, he has made tremendous progress. The growth I’ve seen in him is a direct reflection of their hard work and heart. Metro EHS–South Lyon is more than a therapy center — it's a community of people who care deeply. By far the absolute best therapy place out there! I have a medically complex daughter and had a hard time finding anyone willing to work with her that was comfortable with her having a trach. Not only were they quick to getting her in and established, they were the first therapists to actually push her and know that she is capable of more. We have seen such immense progress already. Not to mention the staff has been so sweet and accommodating to my other children when I don’t have childcare. Amanda and Carrie treat my daughter like their own and we all love coming to therapy days. All the staff here are beyond friendly and amazing at what they do. Cannot recommend them enough!

The BCBA ashley is beyond talented. She guides the parents in a solid direction. Taking each challenge and showing parents the tools to work with there kids to achieve great potential. So grateful to all the staff at Metro!!

My son does physical therapy here with Kendall and we absolutely love her. Our family really enjoys the time she spends to help our son and we are so glad to have met her. She is able to connect with my son on a different level and I enjoy watching the trust he has developed with her. He goes twice a week and it's always a great fun time.

My son attends this facility for occupational therapy and he has shown major improvement. He has Sara and she is very patient and kind with him. The facility is always very clean and never crowded. Highly recommended! The rest of the staff is also very respectful.

So happy we found MetroEHS! My son is a bit older than the typical OT patient at this location, but Martha (and Rebecca) have been so great at making him feel comfortable and building a great working relationship. They have identified weaknesses and set goals to help him thrive. No matter how tired he is after the school day, he loves coming and they make OT fun!

My daughter has been going to MetroEHS since 2020. The whole staff is just amazing. They truly care . She loves going. When she first started she was in ABA , speech and OT but now only goes for speech. She’s made amazing progress and I give MetroEHS the credit for that.

We have loved our experience at MetroEHS in Clarkston! Our speech therapist Kayla is amazing with our daughter. She is able to use a variety of techniques to keep her engaged and learning in a way that makes her excited to come back each week. She has made amazing progress! The staff has turned over a number of times since we started using the service but my daughter and I have not suffered or been affected by the changes in staff. I have recommended Metro EHS to other parents who have children experiencing the same speech impediment as my daughter. I trust them!

I feel very supported in my son's ABA therapy. As well as ST, and OT! I really like how his therapist always takes the time to speak with me to tell me what goals he is working on with him, what things he is doing well with, and what things he is having a hard time with. One of his biggest challenges is potty training, and without them, I would have torn my hair out a million times. Not to mention my oldest son graduated here, and they both have came a very long way thanks to the staff here at Metro EHS!

My son recieves ABA therapy, speech, OT, and pt at the Rochester hills location at metro EHS Mon-Fri and being a new mom i was very nervous when he first started about almost 3yrs ago but my doubt immediately went away once he started going. The staff at metroEHS works their best to make sure all the kids needs are met in the best way possible. My son enjoys going everyday and not only is he learning and growing, he’s also having a good time while doing it. I highly/happily recommend metroEHS Rochester location to any parent whose child needs services.

Chloe has been my son’s OT for about three months now, and she has truly been a godsend. She is an absolute angel and a rockstar when it comes to my son’s care. My son has Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, and despite the complexity of his diagnosis, Chloe consistently goes above and beyond to ensure he has the best possible outcomes. Since starting with her, my son has grown and progressed so much. Chloe is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. (Just to say a few!) She takes the time to explain everything in depth so you fully understand what she is doing and why she is doing it. Her dedication and passion truly show in her work. If you could see the progress my son has made thanks to Chloe, you would be absolutely mind blown. We are beyond grateful to have found her.

The staff are all so amazing! My daughter has progressed so much in just a few months. From day one she immediately took to the staff and loves it here. Highly recommended if you have children that need the services offered here.

My son has been going to this clinic since just after turning 2. In all that time this clinic has become a second family to my own. They have helped us navigate life and learning everything we could to better help my son. He has received every service they offer in his time there. ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. He has come such a long way because of the care and understanding of this facility and the people in it. His amazing BCBA Stacy helped me through all the hurdles getting him ready to go to school and make sure he had everything in place to succeed. My son is 7 and has officially graduated ABA but he still goes for physical therapy and speech. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else for him to be. He’s flourished with this staff and still just lights up at the sight of some of them. Metro will be a part of our family forever. I can’t thank all of you enough for everything you’ve done!

My son receives Speech/OT/PT services there, and I really like all of the staff from the front office to the therapy team! He’s always greeted with open arms and I genuinely feel like they care about him beyond being a client. His therapists are very good with communicating what they worked on and what they’re are working on. The facility is clean and it’s just an all around great place to receive services!

I took my son there when he was barley 2 for speech. I kept him there until he was about 4 for speech then he started OT briefly.Jacob and Courtney for speech were absolutely amazing. They worked with him in the ways that he needed and everything they did we did at home and it work wonderfully. They were so kind and made my son comfortable with going each week. We didn’t do OT long but the OT therapists there were also all very kind and super supportive and knowledgeable.All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kelly. She was always happy to see us and made us excited to go and just made everything as comfortable as possible. If I ever need therapy services again, I would come back here.

The team here at Metro South Lyon are simply amazing. My step son was going here for PT, OT and speech therapy services. The progress that he made in the short amount of time there was incredible. All the ladies are top notch. They made sure to listen to all of our concerns, no matter how small or silly they seemed. They made a plan of care that they thought would best serve our son and made sure we were okay with it. I would absolutely recommend 10/10

Metro and staff have been phenomenal from the first visit on! Being able to sit in on sessions and parent training are great but sitting down and being able to work together with the staff to craft a specific plan for your little one and seeing the progress and the changes made on the fly to better maximize the sessions have been invaluable. My daughter looks forward to seeing the techs and her friends daily and that doesn't happen unless something positive is happening inside that building. Our experience with MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy was amazing. Ms. Taleshia was phenomenal. Her demeanor, knowledge base, and connection with our son helped restore peace in our home. Her interventions were life changing. Our son has a greater sense of self-confidence, he's eating a variety of foods and is able to self-regulate using new skills and strategies. Our family worked on our goals but Ms. Taleshia is the star and we are forever grateful for her help at making our house a home full of joy!

Could not recommend this place enough. The staff is so caring and patient. Elizabeth is amazing and goes over and beyond in trying to help these kids and she’s so understanding and kind. I live quite far and I don’t mind the drive because the service is amazing. My son started improving so much in such little time. The therapist Lisa is phenomenal. My son adores her and she really wants to help these kids. It’s amazing. My son is talking now and has surpassed my expectations in mere months.

My grandson sees Ms Vee she is amazing with him . I have seen improvement in his speech already. The receptionist always greets you with a warm smile.

It’s amazing to find a clinic that offers all the services my son needs in one place. We’ve been with this clinic for just under a year, and I have 0 complaints. My son has made phenomenal progress. The staff is patient, kind, and most importantly caring and involved. I recommend MetroEhs to anyone who asks! I get daily task sheets that help me see what my sons done throughout the day, weekly parent training that helps teach me how to help him flourish, and when he has a major achievement, they’re quick to give me a call to share the great news. The best! My 6 year old could not eat. He had been in feeding therapy since he was 1 and had not made much progress. We went to MetroEHS for an evaluation and they immediately recognized the deficiency that had never been noted previously. Jessica decided a 3 week intensive program would be helpful with speech and PT. We moved near by for 3 weeks. Before the first week was over my son was not biting his straws (he wasn’t able to make a seal previously) and was eating Mac and cheese. We are now able to have meals outside of the home and not have to worry about bringing his formula and cup. Tonight he ate the same dinner as his siblings…chicken nuggets, butter noodles, and rainbow cauliflower! Some days I’m almost in tears with the progress he’s made in such a short period of time.

Could not ask for a better experience! Our OT Sammie at MetroEHS is seriously our family. The way that we work together is unmatched. I feel like I have a strong relationship with both the director and front desk staff. Really seamless all around. Of note, the new space is lovely with designated space for all services. The deli next door is clutch for mom life!

MetroEHS has been an amazing experience for my son. He started when he was 4, having only said maybe 5-10 words. He’s been coming here for almost a year now and is speaking pretty fluently. He loves coming and loves working with Caylin and Cassidy at the Dearborn Heights office. Everyone in the reception area is wonderful, the scheduling is very flexible and they’re super accommodating with payments. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids who need speech therapy. We have been seeing Katie for OT for my 6 yr old autistic son and have had a great experience. Katie is warm and understanding and finds creative ways to help our son. Also, scheduling and billing matters are easy and handled efficiently by the reception staff.

Staff is amazing really nice, positive attitudes , they are welcoming and knowledgeable. If you are considering bringing your child here for food therapy or any occupational therapies, please do. My son used to refuse to even allow food near his mouth or even smell and only drank a bottle. But after therapy services here, he’s eating everything we are and more. He gets excited when its time for therapy and loves it here as well. Today was his last day here and he was upset because he really enjoyed seeing his occupational therapist and spending time with her. I definitely recommend this place and am thankful to them as well. Our family had a fantastic experience with MetroEHS. Our daughter began therapy when she was around four months old with physical therapists Sara and Kayla. Thanks to their amazing work, our daughter avoided needing a helmet, overcame other physical struggles, and caught up with other children her age. Sara also moved mountains and helped us get the therapy covered by our insurance. If your child (even a tiny baby!) needs care, ask for one of these wonderful women.

This therapy has helped my son tremendously. They genuinely care about the children and the approach to teach through play really works. I tried at home but I was missing the expertise and tools. We have been coming here to see Ms Reiley for almost a year now. What started off once or twice a week coming (when he really needed to practice his speech) to now only a once every two weeks to keep it fresh in his mind! Also for me to put in the effort at home too. And now I have the tools to utilize and assist my son in certain moments. It has been worth every penny! My son looks forward every time seeing her. I recommend Metro EHS to anyone who asks!

My daughter has been coming to MetroEHS for a number of months now and we couldn’t have been happier with our overall experience. They clearly prioritize your child’s growth, development and overall well being. (They also have really cool events outside of therapy, like trunk or treat- where else can you find that?) We started with PT and we had Kyle, initially there were some reserves with therapy and why we needed an hour of supervised play. But Kyle made it fun and what he was teaching us was working! Granted my child started seeing him when she was a floppy baby, but they tackled a ton of things in their short time together. Our therapist had an eagerness and excitement about him which made it easy for us to be excited and eager to learn. We use the stuff Kyle has taught us everyday without fail.We also did some speech and OT with Lani. our little had not taken food by mouth for a while and the amount of research they did to try to get my baby to take a bottle truly surprised me. We used new methods, old methods, our poor therapist got spit up on more often than not and she was still so excited to see our little every week! She kicked a major gag to the curb and even got my little tolerating a bottle in her mouth which was huge for us!It is so disappointing that MetroEHS doesn’t accept our other insurance. Not only for me but for our child, she truly enjoyed her hours with Lani and Kyle! If at any point they took state insurance for my daughter’s disabilities We would come back in a heart beat.

My daughter really took to her and felt comfortable with her.Miss Alex worked so well with my daughter and taught her all the skills she needed to achieve! We are so thankful for her!

Great place for treatment! My son has came so far in almost a year. I had a lot of worries specifically for my son with speech & behavioral barriers but the difference is astounding and I’m thankful everyday for what MetroEHS has done, offered, and shown. The care for the kids and parents on working together day-by-day to reach & excel in goals, celebrate holidays, spirit weeks, is an all-around wonderful place.

Heather and her team are amazing! I have 2 children that receive services. We have had speech, OT and PT here since they opened and EVERY staff member has been professional, kind, understanding, reliable and interacts great with my kids. Linda and Bella are amazing office staff as well- I've never had any issues with scheduling (which is amazing with 2 kids receiving services) or not having phone calls or other correspondence returned within a reasonable time period. If I have an issue with insurance or don't know what to do, I call them first and they always point me in the right direction. The facility is clean, well maintained and safety protocols have never been an issue as they're well thought out ahead of time for those with special needs. My kids love coming here and when you have 2 kids with various issues that LOVE going to therapy because it's fun and they feel loved like family, you know you're in good hands. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! My son received all his therapies here (ABA, speech, ot, pt) and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Every therapist who worked with him was incredibly patient, kind, and highly professional. They're very acknowledged in what they do, they have empathy and they work hard towards your child's progress. As a parent of a nonverbal child, I was initially very anxious about leaving him there all day. But my son loved this place since day 1, and I felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. We saw significant progress in a short amount of time. The parent's training is great, and the way the aba rooms are set up is really cute and fun for our kids. My son also loved the OT room, they have a lot of fun toys. I always recommend this place 100% to anyone in need of therapy services!!

Staff is very friendly and inviting, I felt very safe leaving my son in their care! My son's communication skills have improved, and his behaviorial outbursts have almost completely disappeared with his therapies! I'm very proud of his progress at MetroEHS, and very thankful we found them!

My child goes to MetroEHS for speech therapy services and we have seen great improvement. The staff is professional, highly knowledgeable in the field, and very supportive. I recommend this place for speech services.

I am a single father of a son who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. My son has had Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy at MetroEHS over the last 3 years. My son made excellent progress though PT and OT and has graduated both of them. He still receives Speech Therapy at the Roseville clinic. All of his providers have been patient, caring, and very supportive of him. They come up with ways to make children want to learn and progress. The providers also communicate very well with me regarding strategies I can use at home to help him improve even faster. I am extremely pleased with the treatment my son has gotten at MetroEHS!

PT staff is so resourceful, attentive and thoughtful. The improvements I have seen in my baby are tremendous. I have learned so much and apply at home for faster progress. We wouldn’t make it this far without Amber. She is sensational and so professional and dedicated. Thank you !!!

My son received speech and OT services at MetroEHS over the summer, and we had a wonderful experience. He absolutely loved going to his sessions, and it was amazing to see how excited he was each time. The therapists are warm, patient, and truly caring, and they made him feel comfortable from day one. We have been working with Reilly for about 2 years now and have been with Metro EHS for 3 years. Everyone has been wonderful. Their billing and support staff go above and beyond for insurance requests as well. I have been to other places that do not show this support and I’m very grateful for what they do. We love the progress our son has made and love the facility.

We have loved our experience at MetroEHS! My daughter loves Amber, Casey, Kristen and Mackenzie! They are all so encouraging and enthusiastic- always researching and learning to best help the kids in their care. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Madison Heights location of MetroEHS. They are a team of compassionate, caring and understanding people. It is a calming environment to be in and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my daughter in their hands. We switched from another facility, and there have been big leaps for my daughter. She went from not wanting to leave my side and crying the entire time, to happily walking away from me at Madison Heights! In fact, today was the first time she ran into the therapy room without caring to look back and say goodbye to me!! As a parent of a special needs 3 year old, this is a massive advancement. She feels safe and secure in her environment without the protection of her mother by her side. She is making improvements in speech and occupational therapy, and meeting her goals. After each session, the therapists communicate thoroughly with you on what was worked on and how your child did. Rest assured, your child is in good hands with their team!

We have been taking our son here for speech for several months and our experience has been wonderful. Our therapist, Reily, is not only knowledgeable, professional, and effective at her job, but so kind and compassionate. Our son has a hard time with separation and social anxiety at times and she is so patient with him and able to get him to open up to her. Glenn the administrative director is very friendly and helpful should you ever need anything. Tony is also extremely amiable and caring. The whole organization is run efficiently and we are blessed to be clients there.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Veedra and Becca, and the front staff. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in my son’s growth in both speech and OT. I couldn’t ask for better support! They not only come through with so much information and resources when I ask for it, but offer it as opportunities come along.

My almost 3 year old has been receiving speech therapy for close to a year. He has made great progress! He absolutely loves his therapist Christine. He goes back to therapy happy and excited without his family members. The front office is very accommodating to schedule changes and do everything they can to make it easy.I have seen them work with other kids with behavioral/sensory issues. Everyone is so kind and patient. I would highly recommend this location.

My son has been going here for therapy for a few years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and caregivers. Everyone is always friendly and caring. They seem to genuinely care about the well-being of my child, and they are always understanding and respectful of my son's needs, as well as the parent's! They make sure to communicate with us daily with a break down of how my son's day has gone, including his accomplishments, and his struggles. The facility itself is clean and safe, and the additions they've added over the past year are wonderful.They often go above and beyond to be helpful to us as a family! We have been with Metro EHS for just over a year. Our OT, Danielle has transformed our son’s ability to tolerate sensory issues, regulate himself as well as help with food tolerance! She is ALWAYS happy to see our son and he absolutely adores her! They work hard for the hour, but our son thinks it’s play and looks forward to Mondays with Ms. Danielle! We could not be more pleased with the progress he has made as well as the professionalism exhibited by Ms Danielle! I would HIGHLY recommend the Dearborn facility as well as Ms Danielle!

The staff at MetroEHS are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. From the desk staff to the therapists. My twins enjoy going and I’m looking fw to their success. Therapists seem to love what they do and genuinely care about getting them on the right track.

I'm working on a teaching certification for emotionally impaired students, and one of my class' requirements was to observe a speech pathologist. Metro EHS very graciously allowed me to observe for six hours, during which time I saw several sessions between clients and different speech pathologists. I was very impressed with the professionalism, skill, and care displayed by all of the staff at Metro EHS. I have been working with special needs children and young adults for about a decade, so I'm familiar with this population and their unique needs and challenges. The Metro EHS staff did a fantastic job when I was observing. If I had a child with a speech pathology, I would certainly trust Metro EHS to provide excellent speech pathology services.

We are so thankful for Metro EHS and specifically for our son’s speech therapist Kristen Collins and the incredible care she’s given our son. Her warmth, patience, and encouragement have helped him grow in both confidence and communication. She has a special way of making learning fun and meaningful, and we’ve seen such beautiful progress thanks to her dedication.
