Welcome to MetroEHS! At the Clarkston location we want your child to feel secure, confident, and part of the Clarkston MetroEHS family. We want your family to know that we are here to support your child's individual needs through a variety of services including speech, occupational, physical, and ABA therapies.

To best serve our families and therapy staff from a clinical perspective, MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy appoints clinicians to serve at the helm of each of our therapy centers.

Clarkston

A Stunning Place to Live or Work

Nestled in Oakland County about 45 minutes north of Detroit is the small city of Clarkston. Although Clarkston is home to just over 1,000 people, this little area is known for its quaint feel, charming downtown, bountiful outdoor recreation opportunities, and strong sense of community. 

If you're bored in Clarkston, head downtown — there's a good chance something fun is going on. Downtown is the heart of the city, and it boasts a variety of small local businesses, including unique boutiques, antique stores, and restaurants.

Nature lovers adore Clarkston because it boasts many opportunities for outdoor recreation. Between Deer Lake, Depot Park, and Mill Pond, you can always find a spot to swim, kayak, fish, and play. And in the winter, Clarkston becomes a ski and snowboard paradise. 

Additionally, Clarkston is home to many festivals and events, including the Crafts and Ciders Festival, the Taste of Clarkston Festival, and musical concerts throughout the year. The Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston, MI, has hosted some of the biggest celebrity names, including everyone from Eddie Money, Neil Diamond, and Johnny Cash to Ozzy Osbourne and Iron Maiden.

Clarkston is also a hidden gem for many history buffs, as it was the summer home of legendary American industrialist Henry Ford. Take a trip down to Mill Pond to see the mill he built. Or take a stroll down Main Street, where you can still see Ford’s old cottage. 

Of course, all of this wouldn't be possible without Clarkston residents’ tight-knit bonds and strong sense of community.
