The Madison Heights Center is located off of 12 Mile Road between Dequindre Road and John Road in a building complex called the Crown Office Village.

Welcome to MetroEHS! At the MetroEHS Madison Heights Therapy Center, we want each child to feel valued, supported, and empowered. Our commitment to collaboration and high-quality services ensures that every child who walks through our doors receives personalized care to support their growth and development.

To best serve our families and therapy staff from a clinical perspective, MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy appoints clinicians to serve at the helm of each of our therapy centers!
